John Richert and Marsha Blair of Terrix Financial Corporation, arranged refinancing in the amount of $19,674,000 for a 253-unit apartment complex located in Fort Collins, Colorado.  The financing for the multi-tenant apartment property was structured with a 10 year fixed rate and a 30 year amortization schedule and was arranged through a Fannie Mae lender represented by Terrix Financial.  The funds were used to pay off existing loan and recapture equity.  There are 33 total buildings on the property and amenities include clubhouse, swimming pool, greenbelt and recreational areas, tennis courts, and on-site parking for tenants.
