David O’Brien and Amy Gibson arranged a financing for mixed use, retail condominium on main level and residential above, located in Denver, CO.  The financing on this deal is $3,750,000 loan with initial funding of $2,825,000 and $925,000 earn out potential.

This was a difficult deal to get done because borrower had only 26% of the building under LOI’s when this deal went under application.  Terrix was able to place this deal because the location of this deal is great and has a great stability outlook.
