David O’Brien and Marsha Blair closed a $4,175,000 loan on a mixed-use office and retail property in Southwest Denver Metro Area.  This was a 15-year fixed rate loan with 25 year amortization.

The closing provided a $1,000,000 cash out to borrower.  A Life Insurance Company lender, which is a long time correspondent of Terrix, funded the loan.
