The office warehouse started construction in 1981 and was built in phases until construction was completed in 1990. The net rentable square feet for the warehouse totals 275,548 over 9 buildings spanning the entire business park. Among the amenities available to the tenants include accommodations for tractor/trailers, ceiling heights greater than 18′, on-site management, dock high, drive-in, and ramp-up loading. There are three tenants that have installed refrigeration space for their units.
