Denver Metro

Jay Richert arranged the refinance of an office building in Denver Metro.  The total loan amount was $5,000,000, amortized over 25 years, and a 5 year fixed rate.

The loan was used to modify an existing loan with the lender to extend the fixed rate period and lower the rate.  The cash out of the loan was used to pay all closing costs.  This loan was completed with one of our corresponding life insurance companies.
