Denver Metro Apartments

David O’Brien and Amy Gibson arranged the refinance of the apartment complex in the Denver Metro area.  The total loan amount was $10,800,000, amortized over 30 years on a 10 year, fixed rate loan term.

 

The loan was used to payoff current debt with cash out for capital improvements to the subject property.  The loan was completed with one of our corresponding Life Insurance Companies.
