Bill and Jay arranged refinance of an office building in Louisiana. It is a fully amortizing loan of $5,000,000 with rate adjustments after year 10 and after year 20.
This loan was used to lock into a longer term, fixed rate loan and capture some equity back. It was completed with one of our corresponding Life Insurance companies.
