Slatt Capital has 7 offices in California and has been exploring potential expansion opportunities outside the state for some time. Terrix Financial and Slatt Capital’s shared structure, vision, and complementary correspondent lender relationships made the merger an ideal fit for both companies. The merger expands company capabilities, resources, and the national footprint for both firms.

Is Terrix of Colorado being purchased by Slatt Capital?

Terrix Financial has been acquired by Slatt Capital and will operate under the new name Slatt Terrix Financial. The Slatt Terrix Financial team will operate in the same manner but with the added resources of the Slatt Capital platform. These benefits include; a greater national footprint, advanced technology, an increased correspondent lender pool, and access to a proprietary database for information sharing.

Will Terrix Financial now go by the name Slatt Capital?

Terrix Financial will now operate under the new name Slatt Terrix Financial.

I have worked with John Richert, Dave O’Brien, Jay Richert and Amy Gibson for years. Will they remain with the company?

The full Terrix Financial team will continue to operate in the same manner. The only significant changes will be their branding change to Slatt Terrix Financial and access to additional highly valuable resources.

Will Slatt Terrix Financial have access to the same correspondent lenders?

Slatt Terrix Financial will have the combined power of both Terrix Financial’s correspondent lenders in addition to Slatt Capital’s. Terrix Financial’s 13 correspondent Life Insurance Company relationships will now increase to 28 including Insurance Company, Bank/Credit Union, Agency, CMBS, and Debt Fund lenders.

Will the Slatt Terrix Financial office location change?

Slatt Terrix Financial will remain at 5460 S Quebec St, Greenwood Village, CO 80111.
