John and Jay Richert arranged the cash out, refinance of an office warehouse located in northern Boulder. The total loan amount was for $3,200,000, amortized over 25 years and a 10 year fixed rate loan term.
The loan was used to get cash out to use for other investments. This deal was completed with a corresponding life insurance company.
