John Richert and Amy Gibson arranged the refinance of the office/warehouse building in the Denver Metro area. The loan amount was $6,500,000 fully amortized over 25 years with rate adjustments every 5 years.
The loan was used to refinance current debt with some cash out to invest in other properties. The loan was completed with one of our corresponding Life Insurance Companies.
